WhatsApp setup and Inbox

  • Added guidance for connecting a number that may still be used in the WhatsApp Business App.
  • Documented the WhatsApp setup, overview, chat, billing, and advanced settings sections.
  • Added Inbox guidance for saved replies and sending an approved template when the 24-hour service window has closed.
  • Expanded WhatsApp billing blockers and recovery steps for missing payment methods, inactive accounts, and spending caps.

Business templates and CRM

  • Added business template documentation for workspace setup by business type.
  • Added tour operator template guidance for sales, operations, retention, and starter automation resources.
  • Added CRM sidebar entries for custom fields, contact import, business templates, and pipeline import/export.

Automation

  • Added Workflow Blueprints documentation for pre-built automation recipes.
  • Updated automation docs to explain preloaded template workflows, history, failures, retries, and plan limits.

AI Console

  • Added AI Console navigation in the docs sidebar.
  • Expanded knowledge-source preparation, customer-safe vs internal-only visibility, supervised feedback, and "improve a bad answer" guidance.

Attribution and ad integrations

  • Added Google Ads connection setup for spend import and closed-deal conversion feedback.
  • Added Meta Ads connection setup for spend import, Lead Ads, Click-to-WhatsApp attribution, conversion feedback, and Custom Audiences.
  • Updated attribution overview pages to link tracking setup with account connection setup.

Admin and billing

  • Updated plan, billing, team role, cancellation, and plan-change docs to match current app behavior around Stripe billing, Billing Admin access, team seats, AI limits, and template entitlement limits.
