Account Settings
Account settings control your company-level configuration. Go to Settings, then Account to access these options.
Company Information
| Setting | What It Controls |

| Company name | Displayed in your AI chatbot greetings, WhatsApp Business profile, and pipeline headers |
| Business type / Trade | Determines default pipeline stages, chatbot qualifying questions, and any eligible workspace template resources. You can change this at any time -- existing deals are preserved |
| Timezone | Used for scheduling automations, weekly pipeline summaries, and "days in stage" calculations |
| Business address | Used in your WhatsApp Business profile and invoice footer |
| Business phone | Your primary contact number (separate from your WhatsApp number) |
| Website URL | Used in your WhatsApp Business profile |
Changing Your Trade
If your business changes focus or you selected the wrong trade during signup:
- Go to Settings, then Account
- Click the Trade dropdown and select the new trade
- Click Save
What happens: CustomerFlows can update the default setup for the selected business type. For most trades, this means default pipeline stages and qualifying questions. For complete workspace templates, such as tour operator, it may also offer additional pipelines, default fields, and starter automations.
Your existing deals, contacts, and conversation history are not affected. If you've already customized your stages, you'll be asked whether to keep your current stages or replace them with the new trade defaults.
If your plan does not include every pipeline or automation in a template, CustomerFlows installs the eligible foundation setup first and shows which resources are deferred until upgrade.

Branding (Coming Soon)
Custom branding options (logo upload, custom chatbot greeting, branded pipeline colors) are on our roadmap. Currently, the chatbot uses your company name from account settings.
