Account Cancellation

You can cancel your CustomerFlows subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, no contracts, and no penalties.


How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings, then Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. You'll be asked for a brief reason (optional but appreciated -- it helps us improve)
  4. Confirm cancellation

Exporting Your Data Before Cancellation

We recommend exporting your data before cancellation:

  1. Go to Settings, then Data Export
  2. Click Export Contacts (downloads CSV with all contact records)
  3. Click Export Deals (downloads CSV with all deals, stages, values, and source attribution)
  4. Click Export Conversations (downloads conversation transcripts as text files)

Exports are available during both the active period and the 30-day read-only period.


Reactivating After Cancellation

During the active billing period: Go to Settings, then Billing and click Reactivate. Your cancellation is reversed immediately. No data loss.

During the 30-day read-only period: Go to Settings, then Billing, choose a plan, and enter a payment method. Your account reactivates immediately with all data intact.

After the 30-day read-only period: Data has been permanently deleted. You can create a new account, but previous data cannot be recovered.


FAQ

Will I get a refund for the remaining days in my billing period? No. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. There are no prorated refunds for partial months.

Can I pause my account instead of canceling? Not currently. If you need a temporary break, you can downgrade to the Starter tier ($49/mo) to maintain access at the lowest cost, then upgrade again when you're ready.

What happens to my WhatsApp number? When your account enters read-only mode, the WhatsApp connection is paused. Your number is released and can be registered on another WhatsApp account or the free WhatsApp Business App. If you reactivate within the 30-day window, you'll need to reconnect WhatsApp (the number may need to be re-verified).
