CustomerFlows offers three tiers, all with unlimited contacts. Choose based on your team size, number of pipelines, automation needs, and how much managed AI capacity your workspace requires.

Which Plan Is Right For You?

Starter ($49/mo): Best for solo operators and very small teams. You get the core CRM, website and WhatsApp AI coverage, one pipeline, basic managed knowledge, and enough AI capacity for lighter usage.

Growth ($149/mo): Best for growing businesses with multiple workflows or service lines. Growth adds multiple pipelines, automation workflows, team inboxes, Meta attribution, AI lead scoring, and supervised AI feedback review.

Scale ($349/mo): Best for larger operations that need unlimited pipelines, unlimited team seats, full API access, heavier AI usage, and the most room to expand their AI operations. Scale is the natural plan for teams preparing for advanced provider controls and deeper AI governance.


AI Access Notes

CustomerFlows AI access is plan-aware. Depending on your plan, the platform may limit:

  • how many AI responses are included each month
  • how many knowledge sources your workspace can manage
  • whether supervised feedback review is available

The included AI response limits above are current beta guidance for managed CustomerFlows AI usage.

What counts toward AI usage

Examples can include:

  • customer-facing website chat replies
  • future WhatsApp AI reply usage
  • other managed AI response flows where CustomerFlows is running the model on your behalf

What is still evolving

The following areas are still being expanded and should be treated as roadmap items rather than broadly available plan promises:

  • bring your own model or API key
  • advanced provider and model routing
  • deeper AI performance analytics
  • fully automated application of approved feedback

Free Trial

Start on CustomerFlows pricing, choose a plan, and then continue setup from your account. If checkout includes a 14-day Growth trial, current trial dates, billing contact, and the plan that starts after the trial are shown in Settings, then Billing. Cancel from billing settings before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.

You can choose or change plans from billing before the first charge. All your data is preserved regardless of which plan you choose.


Billing

  • All plans are available on monthly or yearly billing.
  • Yearly billing is priced at 10x the monthly rate: Starter $490/year, Growth $1490/year, and Scale $3490/year.
  • WhatsApp messaging costs are billed separately based on usage. See WhatsApp Message Costs.
  • No setup fees. No contracts. Cancel anytime.

Changing Plans

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings, then Billing. Workspaces with a managed Stripe subscription use the Stripe billing portal for plan changes, payment-method updates, invoices, cancellations, and reactivation. See Upgrading and Downgrading for details on what happens to your data when you change plans.
